Scarborough is in the middle of a basement-apartment boom. Half the bungalows in Bendale, Malvern and Agincourt are either being converted or have been, and every one of those jobs ends with a pile in the driveway the city won't touch. We come when the debris is ready, take it, and leave, no bin sitting out for three weeks, no permit, no neighbour complaints.
On a basement conversion the debris comes out in stages, not all at once, so a bin that occupies the driveway for weeks makes no sense. For the short jobs, a bathroom tear-out, a kitchen strip, one room of flooring, we're almost always cheaper than a week of bin rental once you count the loading. Loads are separated for metal and wood recycling.

What we take
Drywall and plaster, lumber and framing, tile, laminate and hardwood, underlay and carpet, cabinets and countertops, doors, trim and windows, bathroom fixtures, insulation, deck boards and fencing. Heavy dense loads like tile, plaster or concrete may be priced by weight, and we tell you that before the job, never after.
Why contractors here call us instead of renting
No permit, no driveway occupied for a week, no rental clock, and a flat price that passes through to the client cleanly. We come when the debris is ready and leave the site broom-clean for the next trade.

Frequently asked questions
Can renovation debris go in Toronto city garbage?
No. Construction and renovation waste is excluded from Toronto's curbside collection, so it has to be hauled privately or taken to a transfer station.
Bin rental or you?
A long build with driveway space suits a bin. A short job, staged debris, or no room for a bin suits us, we come when it's ready and there's no permit or rental clock.
Can you come multiple times during a renovation?
Yes, that's the usual arrangement for basement conversions. We clear between stages and do a final broom-clean at the end.
What can't you take?
No asbestos, hazardous chemicals, or wet paint. If you're gutting anything pre-1990, get the material tested before demolition, that's genuinely important.
