Renovation waste is excluded from curbside collection, so it has to be hauled privately. In North York we come when the debris is ready and leave, no bin sitting in the driveway for weeks, no permit, no rental clock. Great for staged jobs and tight sites.
We work throughout North York, including Willowdale, Bayview Village, Don Mills, Downsview, Bathurst Manor and the surrounding areas. As part of the City of Toronto, houses can use Toronto's free oversized curbside collection on garbage day, out by 7 a.m. and within size limits, while condo and apartment buildings are excluded.

What we take
Drywall, lumber, tile and flooring, cabinets, doors and trim, fixtures and insulation. Metal and wood are separated for recycling. Dense material like tile or concrete may be weight-priced, told to you upfront.
What we can't take
No asbestos, hazardous chemicals or wet paint. If you're gutting anything pre-1990, get the material tested before demolition.

Frequently asked questions
Bin or you?
A long build with driveway space suits a bin. A short job, staged debris, or no room suits us, no permit, no rental clock.
Can you come multiple times during a reno?
Yes, that's the usual arrangement, with a final broom-clean at the end.
Are North York's waste rules the same as Toronto's?
North York is part of the City of Toronto, so houses can use Toronto's free oversized curbside collection on garbage day, out by 7 a.m. and within size limits, while condo and apartment buildings are excluded.
