• Do you do junk removal for condos?

  Yes, condos aren't served by city collection, so we handle it: booked service elevator, concierge sign-in, flat price with no elevator surcharge.

  We cover the whole GTA — Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Markham, Mississauga and out into the 905.

• How do I get a junk removal quote?

  Text a photo to (289) 536-9761 and get one flat, all-in price back in minutes, labour, stairs, and disposal included.

• Can you do same-day junk removal?

  Yes, same-day across the GTA at the flat rate plus 20%. Text a photo and jobs confirmed before early afternoon are usually cleared that day.

• Do I need to be home for junk removal?

  No, with access arranged and the flat price confirmed, we can do the job from a lockbox and send photo confirmation when it's clear.

• How do I pay for junk removal?

  Pay after the job's done, card, e-transfer, or cash. The total is the flat price we texted you, with nothing added on site.

• Bin rental or junk removal, which do I need?

  Bin for a long project with driveway space you load yourself; junk removal for a one-time clear-out you want gone in one visit.

• Do you take old TVs and electronics?

  Yes, from $179. TVs, computers and e-waste can't go in Ontario garbage, we take them to certified recyclers. Wipe your drives first.

• Do you take mattresses?

  Yes, $179 for the first mattress, $35 each additional, taken from the room with no wrapping required.

• Do you take fridges and appliances?

  Yes, $179 each, no appliance surcharge, including the certified refrigerant handling fridges and freezers require.

• Do you remove hot tubs?

  Yes, from $549. We drain-ready, cut it down on site, and haul it. Disconnect the electrical (qualified electrician) and drain it before we arrive.

• Do you remove construction and renovation debris?

  Yes, from $469. Drywall, lumber, tile, cabinets and fixtures. A no-bin, no-permit alternative for reno debris, which can't go in curbside waste.

• Do you do estate cleanouts?

  Yes, careful sorting, keepsakes set aside, donation, broom-clean finish. From $549/load, one flat total agreed first, lockbox access available.

• What can't junk removal take?

  We can't haul paint, propane, chemicals, asbestos or biohazard waste, those go to a hazardous waste depot. Everything else, we take.

• How big is a junk removal truck load?

  Loads are priced by truck fraction: quarter $469 (a small bedroom), half $549 (a garage), full $799 (a basement or apartment). Single item $179.

• How much does junk removal cost in Toronto?

  Junk removal in Toronto runs about $150–$800 by volume. Our flat rates: $179 single item, $469 quarter, $549 half, $799 full truck, +20% same-day.

• Do you charge extra for stairs or elevators?

  No, stairs, elevators, long carries and disassembly are included in the flat price. Same-day is the only add-on, at 20%.

• Do I need to sort my junk before you come?

  No, just mark what's staying. We sort the rest for donation, recycling, and disposal. No bagging, boxing, or hauling to the curb needed.

• What happens to my stuff after pickup?

  We donate usable items, recycle metal, electronics and mattresses, and send only what's truly finished to a transfer station.

• Are you insured?

  Yes, we carry business liability insurance and provide a certificate on request, which condo boards and property managers often require.
