The Price We Text You Is the Price You Pay
The flat price we quote by text before arrival is the final invoice. Labour, stairs, elevators, loading and disposal fees are already inside that number. There are no on-site additions, no "fuel surcharge", no rounding up once the truck is loaded.
One honest exception
If the job is genuinely bigger than the photo showed — there's another room of it, or the pile grew since you sent the picture — we tell you the new tier before we load a single item, and you decide whether to go ahead. You will never find out about a price change on the invoice.
