Prices include labour, dump fees, HST, and disposal. Same-day and stair carries included. Extra-heavy loads (concrete, dirt, roofing) may be quoted separately — always in writing, always before we arrive.

Is the price really flat?
Yes. We text you a written price after seeing photos of your junk and where it is. That price is locked before we drive over. No hourly rates, no dump fees, no add-ons.
What if I have more junk than I told you?
We'll give you a new flat quote on the spot. You can approve it or send us on our way — the original price only applies to the original load.
Do you take everything?
Almost. We can't take hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, asbestos), but we do take furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, renovation debris and full cleanouts.
When do I pay?
After the job is done and you're happy. E-transfer, tap, or cash.
