How we work
We don't rush, and nothing leaves without your say-so. Anything that looks personal, documents, photographs, jewellery, gets set aside for the family. Usable furniture and housewares go to charity where we can place them, and we can work over multiple days if that's easier.
Family can arrange it from anywhere
Adult children often coordinate a parent's downsizing from another city. We handle it by phone, send photos, and can work from a lockbox. Most downsizing jobs are a half or full truck, quoted as one flat total before we start.
