Scarborough's post-war bungalows are full of basement rec rooms, and the couch that went down there in the nineties came down before anyone put a railing on the stairs, that's the call we get most in Agincourt, Bendale and Wexford. Along Kingston Road and Markham Road it's the opposite: tower apartments where the city won't collect at all and the service elevator needs booking.

We do the carrying
You don't need to move anything to the curb or take a door off. Sectionals get built inside the room and we disassemble them when that's the only way out. Basement couches, sofa beds with steel frames, recliners, we carry it all out, and stairs are included in the flat price.
House or tower, we cover both
If you're in a Scarborough house, the city will take a couch at the curb on garbage day for free, out by 7am and within the size rules. If you're in a tower apartment, the city won't, so private removal is the only route, and same-day is usually available since Scarborough is our closest service area.
