Empty before the photographer

A listing lives or dies on the photos, and clutter kills them. The clear-out has to finish before staging and photography, which usually means a hard date. Basements, garages and the 'we'll deal with it later' pile are the usual culprits.

How agents use us

We quote from photos with no site visit, work from a lockbox without the agent present, send photo confirmation when the property is clear, and schedule around the listing deadline. Same published flat rates, and we can invoice the seller or the agent.

The seller-friendly part

Usable furniture is donated where we can place it, which sellers appreciate, and we leave the space broom-clean and staging-ready.
