Lockbox access, agent optional

You do not have to be there. We work from a lockbox or a code, clear the property, and send photo confirmation the moment it is empty, along with the invoice.

Every job finishes broom-clean, so the space is shoot-ready rather than just emptied.

Donation handling

Usable furniture, housewares and appliances go to local donation partners wherever they will accept them, and the rest is sorted for recycling before disposal. Sellers appreciate hearing where their things went.

The same published flat rates

Realtor jobs use our standard published pricing: $179 for a single item, $469 quarter truck, $549 half truck and $799 for a full truck. Labour, stairs and disposal fees are included.
