Standing arrangements are available for high-turnover portfolios, so you can send an address and a date without re-quoting each time.

Abandoned furniture and common areas

Abandoned couches in hallways, dumped mattresses at the bin room, overflowing locker rooms and storage cages, garage clear-outs and post-renovation debris — we clear them on a flat quote from photos.

Dock and service-elevator coordination

We book loading docks and service elevators, respect condo moving windows, carry certificates of insurance where required, and coordinate directly with your on-site superintendent so nothing gets bounced at the door.

Before and after photo documentation

Every job is documented with before and after photos, attached to the invoice. Useful for chargebacks against a tenant deposit, board reporting or owner approvals.

Consolidated invoicing across buildings

One monthly statement across every building in your portfolio, itemised by address and unit, so you are not chasing dozens of receipts. Pricing follows our published flat rates: $179 single item through to $799 full truck.
