This is never really about junk. Most Markham calls come from an adult child, a sibling or a property manager, and how the first hour goes decides whether the job happens at all. We move at the household's pace, nothing leaves without agreement, and we can arrive unmarked.
We work throughout Markham, including Unionville, Milliken, Markham Village, Cornell, Berczy Village and the surrounding areas. Markham runs its own York Region collection with rules that differ from Toronto's, so check your Markham collection calendar, worth checking before you assume an item can go curbside.

How we actually work
We look carefully for what matters, paperwork, photos, cash, medication and ID are almost always mixed in with everything else. The crew is briefed to make no comment, in the house or after.
Multi-day is normal
A full property is rarely one visit. We'd rather book honest days than promise one and rush someone through it.
Markham flat-rate price band
| Load size | Flat price | Typical job |
|---|---|---|
| Per property | Flat total, agreed first | Most are several loads |
| Multi-day | Priced as a whole | Larger or sensitive jobs |
The price we text you is the price you pay — locked in writing before we arrive.
Frequently asked questions
Will the neighbours know?
We can arrive without signage and work discreetly.
What if the person changes their mind partway?
Then we stop. We'd rather leave a job unfinished than push someone past where they're ready to go.
Are Markham's waste rules the same as Toronto's?
No. Markham runs its own York Region collection with rules that differ from Toronto's, so check your Markham collection calendar.
