Book the service elevator first
Most GTA condo buildings require the service elevator to be booked 24–48 hours ahead and padded. That booking is the critical path on any move-out, the removal has to fit inside it. Confirm the dock window and concierge sign-in with property management.
What the city won't take
Toronto's oversized collection doesn't serve condo buildings, so anything the movers refuse, the old mattress, the broken dresser, the TV you replaced, needs private removal. We work within your elevator window and it's all one flat price.
Time it to closing
On a sale, the unit usually has to be empty and broom-clean before the buyer's walkthrough. Tell us the deadline and we build the day backwards from it.
